🔄 Exchange Policy

We pour our hearts into every handcrafted piece, and we hope you love it just as much!
However, if you'd like to exchange an item, we’ve made the process simple and smooth.

✅ Products are eligible for exchange if:

  • They are unworn, unwashed, unused, unaltered, and undamaged.
  • They retain all original tags and packaging.
  • The exchange request is made within 24 Hours from the date of delivery.
  • You’re looking to exchange for a different size or style (Return cost INR 200 has to be paid by Customer).

🚫 We do not accept exchange for the following reasons:

  • “Customer didn’t like the product”.
  • SALE items are not eligible for exchange.
  • Minor color or texture variation due to screen settings or handcrafted nature.

🔁 Return Policy

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, eligible items can be returned within 24 Hours of delivery.

✅ Products are eligible for return if:

  • Buyer get any wrong or defective product from the brand.
  • They are unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and with original tags.
  • They retain all original tags and packaging.
  • Refunds are issued via Bank Transfer and may take up to 15 working days after product inspection.

🚫 We do not accept returns for the following reasons:

  • In case of size issues.
  • Customer didn’t like the product.
  • SALE items are not eligible for returns.
  • Minor color or texture variation due to screen settings or handcrafted nature.

⚠️ In case of a damaged, incomplete, or incorrect delivery:

  • If the parcel appears torn or tampered, kindly refuse delivery and contact us immediately.
  • If you receive an incomplete or defective product, please provide a clear unboxing video  so we can resolve the issue promptly.

🧾 To Request a Return or Exchange

You can either:

  • Request a reverse pickup (subject to pin code availability), OR Self-ship the item to the address below:

Once return parcel is received, your item will undergo quality inspection. If it meets our criteria, we’ll process your return/exchange accordingly.

⛔Please note: Each item is eligible for one return/exchange request only.

❌ Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.
  • Post 24 hours, cancellation will not be accepted as the product may already be under processing.

“Order #[Your Order Number] – Revised Information”

We’ll be happy to update your details, provided the order hasn't been shipped yet.

🌍 International Orders – Exchange/Return

Please note, exchange and return are not available for international orders.
For sizing or other queries, feel free to reach out before placing your order.

In all international orders will provide you packing videos before dispatch
