Refund and Returns Policy

All exchanges and returns would need to be raised within 05 Business days of the delivery with following conditions.

1. We accept exchange only if the product is defective.
2. All items must be in their original packaging.
3. All items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in its original condition.
4. Original receipts would need to be included.
5. All items would need to be purchased originally from HunarBharat.com.
6. We don’t accept the exchange on the basis of likings.
7. Product purchased/ got under any offer will not be covered in Return & exchange policy.
   
8. WE DO NOT PROVIDE EXCHANGES ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS. In case of any exceptions for international orders, the customer will have to send the product back to us and bear the shipping cost of to and from and custom charges if any. HunarBharat will not be liable to pay for any shipping cost/custom charges upon delivery for international returns.

9. Return is applicable on international orders for only damage products.

10. All the refunds will made in 5 – 7 working days after successfully return delivery of the product/s.
